Shipping time and prices

Our products are shipped out by Japan Post (EMS or E-packet) or DHL

Shipping price is calculated by weight and based on your address.

Japan Post 1 - 2 weeks, DHL 1 - 3 weeks. (It may take longer occasionally)

Processing time

The time we need to prepare products for shipping varies.

Items will be transferred to logistic partner within 3-5 business days.

Custom and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for receiving parcels from the logistics partner.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries or lost parcels post-delivery.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Tea products are not eligible for returns due to food safety requirements.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging
